Professor Charles Ogletree: “The Presumption of Guilt: The Arrest of Henry Louis Gates, Jr. and Race, Class, and Crime in America”

Professor Charles Ogletree will speak about his new book, The Presumption of Guilt, which is about the arrest of Professor Henry Louis Gates, Jr. and its aftermath. Professor Ogletree will be joined by Chuck Wexler, who chaired the Cambridge Review Committee report on the arrest of Professor Gates by Cambridge Police Sergeant James Crowley, and the two of them will discuss the role that race and class played in the incident.
