Join us for a special lecture & discussion exploring the career of Thurgood Marshall: “Mr. Civil Rights,” activist lawyer, court of appeals judge, Solicitor General, Supreme Court Justice. Professor Randall Kennedy will deliver remarks focused on neglected features of Marshall’s career, followed by a discussion & commentary led by Professor Terry Fisher. Co-sponsored by the Dean of Students Office at Harvard Law School.
