Join us for a screening of scenes from the documentary film This Ain’t Normal, followed by a panel discussion.
This Ain’t Normal transforms gang members from angry, threatening individuals to fragile youngsters who are themselves endangered by their harsh surroundings and the allure of gang culture. The film unveils a workable remedy to the crisis of gang membership in our major cities and all its reverberating problems: gun violence, high homicide rates, jail terms, and shattered families.
Panel: Rudy Hypolite, Director/Producer; Donald Osgood Sr., Comprehensive Victim Intervention Specialist; Dennis G. Wilson, Co-Producer; Malik Williams, Music Composer
