Planning for a post-coronavirus economy must focus on racial inequities

In this op-ed, the authors point out that the federal government has left out business owners of color in its COVID-19 economic relief efforts. The authors argue that city governments must step up to address disparities, and provide several ideas for doing so.

If there’s to be any truth to the idea that we are all in this together, then city and state governments must step up now to accelerate efforts that address racial equity.
